Responsibilities

As a Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse (LTAC RN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care throughout the assessment, intervention, and evaluation processes. You will work in collaboration with the entire healthcare team to develop effective care plans aimed at achieving optimal patient outcomes and ensuring continuity of care. Key responsibilities include :

• Administering medications, managing ventilators, handling chest tubes, utilizing wound vacs, monitoring critical care IV drips, overseeing feeding tubes, and care for central lines.
• Monitoring and evaluating patient status and implementing necessary interventions.
• Providing guidance and supervision to clinical support staff to enhance patient care.
