Direct Counsel is seeking a senior attorney with 6-7 years of experience for its Immigration business unit. This position may be located in any of the following offices : Collin County, Detroit, Pittsburgh or Washington D.C.

Ideal candidates will have employment-based immigration experience including H-1Bs, L’s, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, O-1s, along with a willingness to work on all types of immigration matters. Qualified candidates should also have experience advising clients directly on a multitude of immigration matters and should be able to assist clients with the preparation of petitions and application for submission to the government. Candidates should possess strong advocacy, research, and writing skills; a high-level attention to detail; and strong academic credentials. Successful candidates should be able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. All candidates must be a licensed attorney in good standing.

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $120,000 -$130,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
