Champion a world-class safety culture by developing, implementing, and sustaining effective EH&S programs and processes. Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements. Proactively identify and mitigate operational, safety, and environmental risks. Own the annual operating plan, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve production, cost, and profitability targets. Support internal customer groups to deliver finished products that meet quality, service, and customer expectations while achieving EBITA goals. Direct site capital planning, capital expenditures, and investment projects to support strategic operational objectives. Drive Lean Manufacturing execution and process-based continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Establish a culture of continuous improvement focused on waste reduction, productivity, quality enhancement, and cost optimization. Leverage data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and track results. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred. 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including management and supervisory roles; equivalent experience may be considered. Proven track record of manufacturing leadership and operational excellence. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, analyze performance, and drive profitability. Demonstrated success in implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Effective leadership, communication, and people management skills. Clear understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to manufacturing operations.

Scope of the Position
The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational excellence, and financial performance of a high-complexity manufacturing facility operating 24 / 7 with a workforce of 150+ employees. This role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership across manufacturing, quality, engineering, logistics, environmental health & safety (EH&S), and facilities. The Plant Manager serves as the primary interface with internal customers and senior leadership while fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.
