Returns Administration

• Return desk and/or Order desk and order entry experience – preferred, but not necessary
• Candidate must be an organized team player with the ability to work in a deadline driven environment
• Able to multi-task efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
• Proficient computer skills, especially, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Detail oriented
• Organized
• Self-Starter
• Energetic
• Dependable

• Processing customer returns and/or order entry
• Light purchasing responsibilities
• Assist sales and engineering staff with equipment inquiries
• Maintaining job files
• General customer service
• Assistance with rental and sales inventory

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.30 - $20.00 Per Hour
