A company is looking for an Eastern Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the Eastern Region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead independent manufacturers' representatives to achieve budget and grow wholesale customers
Develop account planning and sales strategies with major customers
Supervise sales in the assigned territory and provide support to customers and representatives
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a regional management role with rep management experience
Experience in the Commercial and Residential lighting industry
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combined education and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Ability to adapt to market changes and motivate a team of independent representatives
