Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

FullShift Staffing is seeking a BCBA for a direct hire placement with our client in Colorado Springs, CO.

About the Role :

The BCBA will provide individualized, evidence-based care using a trauma-informed approach. Therapy is conducted in-center, in-home, and within the community, Monday–Friday between 8 : 00 am and 5 : 00 pm, allowing evenings and weekends free. The program takes a whole-person approach, incorporating wellness, mindfulness, self-care, and cognitive / language development alongside ABA therapy.

Qualifications :

Active BCBA certification

Meets BACB supervision standards

Must be at least 21 years of age

Compassionate, with a passion for helping those vulnerable to life’s challenges

Experience with children / young adults (ages 2–20) with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders

Skilled in assessments, treatment planning, and report writing (Vineland, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS preferred)

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to support teamwork, family engagement, and quality care

Demonstrates leadership, integrity, and clinical skills consistent with trauma-informed practices

Responsibilities :

Work closely with the clinical team and clients to develop and implement individualized skills

Engage families with compassion, build rapport, and provide parent training for use in daily routines

Promote autonomy, safety, and family involvement while maintaining a supportive environment

Implement all Safety-Care physical management procedures safely when needed

Physical Requirements :

Able to stand, kneel, squat, walk, run, jump, and actively engage with students for extended periods

Able to lift / support up to 75 lbs

Other Requirements :

Must pass national and local background checks

Valid driver’s license

Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
