About The Position

Pediatrician Opening in Monroe, Louisiana

Practice Setting

  • Be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team including Family Medicine, Nurse Practitioners, Adult & Pediatric Psychiatry, Speech Therapy, and Counseling.
  • Work in a state-of-the-art clinic with plans for future expansion (coming December 2026).
  • Enjoy dedicated nursing support with one nurse per provider.
  • Benefit from a centralized call center for scheduling and a new text system to reduce no-shows (currently 10%-15%).

Schedule

  • Flexible schedule options to suit your preferences, with varying shift lengths.
  • No weekend or call duties, promoting work-life balance.

  • Competitive salary with a $250,000 guarantee plus production, offering the potential to earn up to $300,000 annually.
  • Generous sign-on and relocation bonuses.
  • Additional incentives include $1,000 per month for precepting VCOM medical students and loan repayment opportunities through state and federal programs.
