We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Manager to join our Medical Telemetry team. The Nurse Manager plays a critical leadership role in organizing and managing patient care functions on an ongoing basis. This individual enhances patient outcomes by leading human resource management, supporting staff education, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Registered Nurse license or Compact RN Licensure (subject to Florida state requirements).
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN strongly preferred).
• BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Charge Nurse, CNC, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Manager in an acute care hospital setting.
• At least 1 year of current acute care hospital experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
