Data-Driven Strategy Use data insights to guide decision-making identify risks and shape short- medium- and long-term strategies.

Issue Resolution & Escalations Investigate and resolve operational issues producing actionable insights training and technical tools to prevent recurrence.

Product & Market Expansion Translate new product and market requirements into automated workflows that support seamless scaling.

Ecosystem Expertise Maintain a deep understanding of operational systems data models and technology infrastructure identifying strengths weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
