A company is looking for a Customer Experience Quality Assurance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate customer interactions for compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Participate in and occasionally lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluations
Analyze quality observations to identify trends and recommend process enhancements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two or more years of quality assurance experience or subject matter expertise
Demonstrated knowledge of Provider Enrollment and collaboration with operations teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quality platforms
