We are looking for a highly motivated customer service representative to follow up with our current clients and help resolve any issues they may be experiencing. We currently work exclusively with products related to the Affordable Care Act(ACA). We're looking for someone who can go above and beyond to resolve the issue at hand. This is not a sales position; it is Customer service and retention-oriented. What we are looking for in a candidate : Self-starter / Go-getter Organized with the ability to multitask Great eye for detail Comfortable speaking on the phone Ability to speak clearly over the phone Upbeat and patient (we work with a lot of seniors, so patience is a must!)
