Clinical Supplies Manager

A company is looking for a Clinical Supplies Manager to oversee clinical trial supply activities on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of clinical trial supplies, including demand planning, forecasting, ordering, and distribution

Manage and maintain clinical supplies within IRT / RTSM systems, including system setup and site-level supply strategy

Monitor inventory levels at CMOs / depots and ensure timely delivery of supplies to global clinical sites

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in Clinical Supply Chain or Clinical Trial Supply Management

Strong hands-on experience with IRT / RTSM systems

Proficiency in Excel for forecasting, demand planning, and data analysis

Experience supporting early-phase clinical trials from start-up to close-out

Ability to manage inventory at CMOs / depots and ensure timely resupply to sites
