About the Role
We’re a small software solutions company looking for a Business Development / Sales Executive to help us expand our business reach and develop new customers .
This role is focused on new acquisition — identifying opportunities, opening doors, and closing deals for custom software development, third-party integrations, and MIS support services.
If you enjoy building relationships, selling consultative solutions, and working closely with technical teams in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Identify, prospect, and develop new customer relationships
Own the full sales cycle : outreach → discovery → proposal → close
Work with internal technical teams to shape solution-based proposals
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Represent the company in client meetings, demos, and presentations
Help refine sales messaging, positioning, and go-to-market approach
Meet or exceed agreed-upon new-business revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account executive roles
Experience selling software services, technology solutions, or IT services (custom dev, integrations, consulting, etc.)
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and self-sourcing leads
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a small-team environment
Familiarity with longer, consultative sales cycles is a plus
Compensation
Base Salary : $60,000 – $80,000
Commission : Uncapped, with accelerators
On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $100,000 – $140,000+
Commission paid on closed business; strong performers have no earning ceiling
