Salary : $18.00

We are hiring a Customer Service Assistant in Madison! This position will assist with scheduling, customer service, basic clerical duties, and accounting, supporting operation efforts.

Pay : $18 / hr

Hours : Monday-Friday 7am-4pm ( must be open to working Saturdays as needed )

Duties Include :

• Assisting customers with payments
• Answering customer emails and inquiries
• Preparing receipts for customer fees / purchases and entering into purchasing system
• Completing shipping documents for client shipments
• Ordering warehouse and office supplies
