[job_card.job_description]Manage personal lines accounts — policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and remarkets. Identify coverage gaps and recommend endorsements or policy upgrades to strengthen protection. Cross-sell additional lines (umbrella, renters, life) when appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation and follow-ups in Connect (our agency management system). Collaborate with teammates and carriers to resolve service issues efficiently. Keep up-to-date on carrier products, guidelines, and underwriting changes to serve clients effectively. Support claims processing, invoicing, and other client-related tasks as needed. 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience (independent agency preferred) Active Maryland Property & Casualty license, or ability to obtain quickly Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management Tech-savvy with agency systems (Connect experience a plus) Positive attitude, good judgment, and empathy when working with clients Dependability and a professional approach to client service Integrity, accountability, and pride in your work
