Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer
Overview :
- 7+ years in cloud infrastructure engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Azure environments.
- 5+ years in ITIL / ITSM experience to establish change management governance and controls
- Proven success in designing and managing highly available, scalable, and secure cloud architectures.
- Mastery of Azure services, including App Services, API Management Gateways, Function Apps, Front Door, SQL Managed Instances, Cosmos DB, and Redis.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM or Bicep templates.
- Advanced skills in monitoring and alerting using tools like Datadog and security monitoring.
- Deep understanding of cost optimization strategies for cloud environments.
- Experience with high-traffic e-commerce platforms and customer-facing applications.
- Expertise in automating deployments.
- Excellent communication skills to align with business objectives across teams.
- Proven ability to proactively address infrastructure challenges and maintain performance standards. What will set you apart :
- Advanced Azure certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert. Extensive experience optimizing and maintaining infrastructure for high-traffic, mission-critical e-commerce platforms.
