    Highlights of the Health and Wellness Specialist Position :

  • LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse with State specific accreditation or license required
  • 3 years+ management experience in assisted living, Alzheimer’s or Memory Loss care.
  • Proven success in management and leadership. Needs to be a hands on leader
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
  • Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
  • Step in to struggling community and solves problems.
  • Will need to be flexible to travelling across the country.
  • Is able to delegate and fix problems
  • Complete Med chart audits, audit community for compliance
  • Compliance expert
