How you’ll make an impact in this role Execute high-precision CT imaging procedures by following radiologist protocols to ensure the accurate diagnosis of patient injuries and diseases. Prepare and guide patients through their scans by accurately setting anatomical parameters and administering contrast media, ensuring both clinical excellence and patient safety. Monitor patient well-being during every procedure, responding proactively to any changes in status to provide a secure and supportive care environment. Collaborate on clinical excellence by recommending protocol updates and refinements, ensuring the department remains at the forefront of imaging technology and safety. Uphold rigorous radiation safety standards and state regulations to protect patients and the healthcare team while maintaining high-quality diagnostic output. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
