Target Salary :   $41,000-49,000

Bonus / Incentives / Stock Options : up to X annual bonus

Job Summary :   R esponsible for writing, adjusting, and troubleshooting CNC programs for machines to produce steel parts.

Job Duties :

• Operates assigned CNC machines including Johnford, Rockford, and Voortman
• Read / interpret drawings / part specifications and verify / adjust speeds and feeds for optimum machining
• Make necessary offset changes to be within allowable tolerances
• Change inserts
• Verify conformance of part to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as, scales, calipers, micrometers and fixed gauges; Fill out inspection reports as required
• Clean machined parts to ensure ready for assembly
• Report all issues regarding tooling and setup to the supervisor
