Position Summary :
The Supervisor of Front-End Operations is crucial in enhancing the performance of cashiers, loaders, and retrieval staff while delivering exceptional customer service. This role ensures compliance with company policies and encourages a smooth and efficient front-end operation.
Essential Functions :
- Lead, train, and evaluate front-end staff to build a high-performance team.
- Foster a friendly, efficient, and professional customer service environment.
- Ensure adherence to sales and security protocols.
- Promptly address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide detailed information about them.
- Plan and prepare staff schedules, including coverage for breaks and vacations.
- Perform cashier duties and operate the register as necessary.
- Handle supervisory functions like processing returns, adjustments, and voids.
- Support staff in verifying customer receipts to minimize losses.
- Utilize software effectively to manage inquiries, execute price checks, and oversee inventory queries.

Bachelor's Degree, orHigh School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, orA suitable combination of education and experience.Ability to read and interpret general business materials and technical procedures.Strong presentation and communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and customers.Mathematical aptitude to compute discounts, interest, and percentages.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills necessary for managing sensitive situations.Commitment to company values and a solid focus on customer service.Essential computer literacy.Physical Requirements :
