As a member of the Fitness Team you will find your work meaningful and satisfying, using your exceptional customer service skills to serve our residents' needs by leading exercise classes, personal training sessions and participating in exercise science educational presentations.

A clean, valid Maine's driver's license is required.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree required.

Certification in personal training is required; American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) preferred, other nationally recognized certifications will be considered. Additional certification in group exercise or water aerobics is a plus. Current CPR certification required or willingness to become certified within 90 days of hire.
