General knowledge of roofing materials Excellent communication skills Must possess the ability to positively and professionally interact with co-workers, the general public, contractors, vendors and Bone Dry Roofing clients First-rate time management, organization, and attention to detail skills Problem Solving skills Basic Math Skills Clean cut and good hygiene Must be tech savvy Adhere to ALL safety procedures and guidelines Ability to operate a box truck (no CDL required) High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Pass a background check 1-2 Years Gutter Installation Experience Must have working knowledge on how to change the Gutter machine to different sizes Ability to travel occasionally 18 Years of age or older Military service a plus $17 to $20 per hour based on experience Medical, vision, and dental insurance Company paid life insurance Company paid short term disability 401(k) plan PTO, vacation, and Holidays Company phone, truck and fuel provided for business use (This is not a take home vehicle)
Gutter Installation Technician
Come join our growing team! Our Gutter Installation Technician completes a variety of jobs such as gutter installation, repairs and other related items for Bone Dry customers, providing exceptional service.
Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.
Major Tasks and Key Responsibilities :
- Complete repairs and assist with installs for roofing and gutters
- Support Bone Dry field employees and subcontractors by collecting required material from distributors and delivering it in a timely manner to needed job sites
- Review lists and material purchase orders
- Install Fascia Metal
- Photograph job site for customer updates
- Pick up and return materials to suppliers
- Keep track of receipts and invoices
- Final ground clean-up of projects
- Maintain and organize all required documentation and vehicle
- Face to face interaction with customers
- Monitor stocked materials
- Maintain stock area keeping it clean and organized
- Meeting with crews on projects to make sure they have everything they need
