The main role of the Food & Beverage Supervisor is to be a leader of the team onsite while also working along side the staff. Responsibilities include :

• Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure Excellence in service for all guests
• Responsible for preparation and execution of morning and / or evening food service including cooking, food prep, cleaning, and any other required task requested by management.
• Establishing and ensuring quality standards are attained and maintained
• Managing inventories of : cost of goods sold, kitchen equipment, linens, etc.
• Responding and resolving all guest complaints with regard to food and beverage timely and appropriately.
• Inspect kitchen and dining areas for cleanliness and preventative maintenance upkeep on a daily basis.
• Supervisory responsibilities include assisting in interviewing, hiring, training employees, scheduling, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; planning, assigning, directing work, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
