Texas. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an

accredited program. Valid Texas RN license, Basic Life Support

(BLS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Can be provided by

the facility if not currently held. Minimum of 2 years of

psychiatric or mental health nursing experience; experience in ER

preferred. Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, flexibility to

rotate weekends, strong communication skills, and familiarity with
