Shifts Available : 6 : 30a-6 : 30p, 6 : 30p-6 : 30a and weekends

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis at Emerald Nursing & Rehab Lancaster in Lincoln, Nebraska. As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and address resident concerns

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction

Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and respect for all individuals

Requirements :

Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited institution

1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Current CPR / BLS required

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service

Work Schedule :

PRN (as needed) schedule with variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
