Data Entry Clerk

Just Got 2 Have It! is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining company data across various systems while ensuring confidentiality accuracy and efficiency. This role is essential to supporting daily operations and maintaining reliable business records.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter data into company databases spreadsheets and internal systems

Review verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness

Update existing records and maintain organized digital files

Perform routine data audits and quality checks

Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by management

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information

Collaborate with other departments to resolve data discrepancies

Follow established data entry procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)

Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage

Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word) or similar data systems

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
