A company is looking for a Transportation BIM Manager to lead digital design and project delivery within the Civil Transportation department.

Key Responsibilities

Manage configuration, customization, and version control for Bentley platforms and tools

Develop and maintain CADD / BIM workspaces to meet digital delivery standards

Design and deliver training programs for users on digital delivery best practices

Required Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field

10+ years of experience using MicroStation and Bentley Civil platforms on large projects

5+ years in a CAD / BIM leadership role, including process and standards development

Strong teaching, coaching, and mentoring capabilities

Experience in the power sector or infrastructure is a plus
