Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Master Data Coordinator to join us at our corporate headquarters in Greeley, Colorado. The Master Data Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency of master data across key business systems. This role plays a critical part in supporting business operations by maintaining high-quality data related to customers, vendors, materials, and products. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and update master data records in SAP and other business systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards and policies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data standards, processes, and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, Sales, Finance, IT, etc.) to gather and validate data requirements.
• Develop a solid understanding of overall business processes to properly support key stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in SAP is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Self-starter with excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to provide outstanding customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Benefits: Vision, medical, and dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

• Base salary range of $19-$21/hr; and
