A company is looking for a Product Manager, AI Powered Messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to enhance AI interactions for improved customer satisfaction
Analyze data to prioritize enhancements to core messaging systems
Identify bottlenecks and shape prompt engineering best practices and technical roadmap
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations at a startup
Technologically adept and capable of translating complex ideas into simple terms
Data-driven with a strong inclination to analyze data independently
Ownership of metrics and a continuous improvement mindset
Passionate about AI and its application in enhancing customer communications
