    The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer for Private Risk Management in the Personal Lines sector. This executive will be at the forefront of the national growth strategy, with a focus on driving new revenue, expanding referral networks, and leading marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy that aligns with the company's vision and financial targets, as well as championing the company's presence in the high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth segments. Key responsibilities include producer development and oversight, referral and partner network expansion, and fostering a sales culture that is data-driven and focused on client success. Applicants for the Chief Growth Officer role should have a minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience in personal lines insurance, particularly within high-net-worth segments. The role requires a proven track record in complex sales, team leadership, and a strong skill set in negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have an active Property & Casualty license, be proficient in CRM systems, and have a Bachelor's degree in a business, risk management, or insurance-related field. The position demands a leader who can build and maintain a sales-focused culture, educate the team on new products and services, and lead training initiatives on client dialogue strategies. The Chief Growth Officer will also be expected to maintain accurate pipeline reporting for revenue forecasting and to collaborate with senior-level insurance carrier partners to develop and close revenue opportunities.
