Primary Purpose : The primary purpose of the Inside Sales Representative is to provide exceptional customer service to those entering the store, ensuring that their visit to Franklin Building Supply is a positive and productive one. This role entails assisting customers, addressing their questions, and guiding them in finding the products they require.
