Program Manager

Mastodon Design (a wholly owned subsidiary of CACI International Inc.) is looking for a full time Program Manager to join our team. Mastodon delivers products to the military community focused on signal exploitation, communications devices, and radio systems. In this role you will lead a team of program managers creating proposals as well as managing contractual, technical and schedule performance for DoD contracts.

For pre-award work, this position will support the sales team to develop and coordinate RFI and proposal responses to include corporate management reviews, customer facing product demonstrations and requisite meetings.

For post-sale work, this position will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, and cost of contracts. This will require management of and coordination with multidisciplinary teams, including remote personnel, in a matrix organization to support oversight, management and reporting to corporate leadership. This position reports directly into senior management and is located on site in Rochester, NY.

Responsibilities :

• Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, schedule, scope, and quality
• Manage internal relationships between a cross functional team spanning from sales, engineering, operations, procurement, quality, finance, and product line management to ensure success of program
• Maintain relationship and coordinate with the COR and Government PM, keeping them informed of relevant contract related information especially risks and issues and the associated resolution plans and status.
• Ensure production schedules are met in coordination with operations and system resources are used effectively
• Coordinate resolution of customer related issues
• Ensure proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services.
• Schedule and manage all major program reviews both internally and externally

The proposed salary range for this position is : $68,400-$143,700
