A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support teams across multiple regions in a remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops and working sessions to evaluate and improve operational processes
Elicit, analyze, and document complex business and system requirements, translating them into user stories
Assess current-state processes, identify gaps, and design future-state workflows focused on efficiency and customer experience
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in business transformation or enterprise systems initiatives
3+ years of experience in Agile environments throughout the software development lifecycle
Strong background in business process modeling and requirements documentation using BPMN and UML
Experience with ServiceNow and familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
Experience collaborating with global, distributed teams
