The Elia "Lilly" Saucedo Farmers Agency is a full-service multi-line insurance agency where we sell Auto, Home, Umbrella, Commercial, Specialty, and Life Insurance.

We help train and guide EXPERIENCED future agency owners through a 6-month program propelling you into Agency Ownership! If you are ready to own your own business but lack the mentor program to take you to the next level, look NO further!

We will help grow your skills in the following :

Strong Sales Skills and practices to make an elite agency

Develop effective customer service skills to service existing clients

Proficient Managerial knowledge to manage a team of agents

Help to build an effective Business Plan

Must be Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licensed in TX

• Successfully completing this program will waive all required Start Up Fees set by the company to be approved to own an agency within Farmers Insurance District 20.

Once you are formally on the Protege Mentorship Contract with Farmers Insurance you will be given a sign-on bonus. (Typically after 90 days)

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.

Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
