Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Specialist provides essential support to our sales operations by reviewing and evaluating sales calls to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent listening skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
Although the workload can be high-volume, the position offers a rewarding experience as you’ll play a key role in maintaining quality and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and audit recorded sales calls to ensure adherence to compliance metrics and ethical guidelines.
- Learn the fundamentals of health insurance policies to assess accuracy and integrity in sales interactions.
- Conduct career-specific call audits and provide actionable feedback to sales agents.
- Audit and evaluate customer complaints for accuracy and resolution quality.
- Document audit results and communicate findings in accordance with established standards.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to promote a culture of integrity, empathy, and service.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Assurance department.

This role is onsite Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm CSTPay : $18 / hourBonus Potential : Up to $350 per month based on meeting or exceeding call review volume and grading accuracy goals.
