Power BI Developer

As a Power BI Developer on our Data team, you will play a critical role in shaping how data is modeled, transformed, and consumed across the organization. Your primary focus will be building high-impact Power BI reports and reusable semantic models that empower self-service analytics and drive data adoption. Success in this role means delivering trusted, performant, and user-friendly analytics solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders and the broader data team.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and Enhance Power BI Solutions

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and reusable semantic models that deliver accurate, actionable insights.
• Refactor and optimize existing Power BI reports and semantic models.
• Transition existing Looker reports to Power BI, addressing all end user needs and expanding report usefulness.

Enable and Support Business Users

Assist in training end users and business stakeholders to effectively use Power BI and leverage self-service analytics capabilities.

Drive Power BI adoption across the organization through documentation and implementation of best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues with existing Power BI reports and semantic models in a timely manner.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field, or equivalent practical experience.

2+ years of experience in data analytics or BI development.

2+ years of experience in Power BI and with Dax.

1+ years of experience with SQL.

Ability to translate business logic into data models.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
