Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and team-minded inside sales professional to manage full-cycle sales and order processing. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy of customer orders, efficient logistics coordination, timely invoicing, and effective cash flow management.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, provides excellent customer service, communicates clearly, and thrives in a small, collaborative team environment. This person should be comfortable asking questions, open to feedback, and willing to assist across departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Full-Cycle Sales Order - Manage the complete order-to-cash process, from receiving purchase orders to applying payments.
• Customer Purchase Order Management - Receive and verify customer purchase orders, ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Order Creation - Create sales orders and shipping orders with precision and attention to detail.
• Logistics Coordination - Arrange shipments and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
• Invoice Preparation - Generate and issue invoices in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with sales and shipping documentation.
• Customer Service - Provide a high level of professional and responsive service to customers and internal teams.
• Team Support - Be willing to assist in other areas of the business as needed; flexibility and collaboration are key in our small team environment.
• General Administration - Receive and handle incoming calls, and perform other duties or projects as assigned.
