Service Advisor

A Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive service needs in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Advising customers on recommended services and repairs
  • Estimating costs and processing payments
  • Tracking service orders and communicating updates to customers

    • Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of automotive service processes
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
