Online Task Contributor

The Online Task Contributor performs digital tasks and projects to support business operations data management research and online service initiatives. This role requires attention to detail reliability and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. The Online Task Contributor ensures that assigned online tasks are completed accurately efficiently and in compliance with company standards.

This position is exclusively open to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will be rejected.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned online tasks accurately and within established deadlines

• Perform data entry research content validation and other digital operational tasks

• Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures for task completion

• Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling sensitive information

• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding task progress challenges or clarifications

• Identify and suggest process improvements for online task workflows

• Support team members and collaborate on shared online projects when needed

• Ensure quality control and adherence to company guidelines for all completed tasks

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred

• 13 years of experience performing online remote or digital operational tasks

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Google Workspace or similar tools

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work in a fully remote environment

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in remote work data entry research or online operations

• Familiarity with task management platforms collaboration tools or project management software

• Ability to quickly learn new software and online tools

• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects in a digital environment

Compensation

• Annual Salary Range: $35000 $50000 USD depending on experience skills and geographic location
