Senior React Native Engineer at Handoff Youll play a central role in shaping the frontend experience of Handoff across mobile and web platforms. Beyond coding, youll be deeply invested in understanding our users and their needs, ensuring that each feature you develop contributes real value. Youll work closely with our design and product teams to deliver high-quality, intuitive, and scalable solutions that elevate the Handoff experience.
What you'll do
- Design and implement polished, responsive interfaces for mobile and web, with a focus on usability, speed, and performance.
- Serve as a primary contributor to our frontend codebase, setting high standards in code quality, testing, and scalability, and taking ownership of major features.
- Partner closely with product, design, engineering, and AI teams to align on requirements and ensure that our frontend solutions deliver seamless, cohesive user experiences.
- Provide constructive code reviews, share knowledge, and mentor fellow engineers, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and processes to improve frontend performance, efficiency, and code reliability, always with the customer experience in mind.
