Pay Range : $57.54 $68.51 per hour Worksite Type : HYBRID Hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence 3 days / week (choice of MondayThursday) in Riverwoods, IL.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across complex, high-visibility, and highly technical roles. In this role, you will partner closely with leadership and hiring teams, drive sourcing strategy, and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You will operate with a high degree of independence, delivering exceptional recruiting outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting & Strategy

• Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for high-level, specialty, or hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Operate independently to meet time-to-fill goals and requisition needs.
