A company is looking for an Account Manager to oversee merchant partnerships and drive growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new merchant partners
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimize account performance
Maintain relationships with merchants, conducting regular reviews and ensuring satisfaction
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Implementation roles, preferably in fintech or B2B SaaS
Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts with performance-based goals
Experience in onboarding and launching new customers or partners
Familiarity with e-commerce, payments, or integration-based products is preferred
Experience with CRM and analytics platforms such as Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus
