Overview:
The Shipping and Receiving Specialist is responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate handling of shipping, receiving, and logistics activities. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse and maintaining high standards of safety, health, and quality.

What You'll Do:
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and logistics activities.
• Create lot numbers for tracking all incoming equipment and parts.
• Mark all incoming equipment with proper lot numbers.
• Conduct inventory evaluations.
• Coordinate with the Customer Care department to resolve order discrepancies.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach towards safety, health, and quality in compliance with all company, governmental, and customer regulations.
• Order warehouse and shipping supplies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

What You'll Need:
• 1-2 years of experience in the warehousing field preferred but not required.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Proficient in pulling, packing, and shipping tasks.
• Experience in quality control, including the ability to handle and document discrepancies with pictures.
• Strong computer skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to handle a variety of requests.
• Proactive in ensuring safety, health, and quality standards.
