Providence Staffing’s client, a well-established personal injury law firm in Columbus, GA, is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. This role is critical in creating a welcoming environment and providing administrative support to attorneys and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a neat, organized reception area.
- Client Service & Communication
- Provide basic information to clients regarding appointments, procedures, or general firm inquiries.
- Schedule client meetings and maintain attorney calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Administrative Support
- Assist attorneys and paralegals with filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Support the office with other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience : 1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience (law firm or professional services setting preferred).Skills :Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Familiarity with legal terminology and case management software a plus.Attributes :Professional demeanor and appearance.Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.Customer-service oriented with a positive, team-focused attitude.
