Exceptions Analyst
12-24 month contract

The Exceptions Planning Analyst prepares exceptions to the meetinghouse annual plan and coordinates other funding requests to be presented to the Physical Facilities Advisory Committee, the Presiding Bishopric, and the Budget and Appropriations Committee. This is a headquarters position.
Responsibilities :
- Based on processes and guidelines, analyze and validate worldwide requests submitted for PFAC / Client consideration, and write executive summaries for upper management. Provide supporting documentation and determine appropriate funding sources.
- Coordinate agenda items submitted for PFAC / Client by Real Estate Services and Account Management and provide second review and consultation support.
- Organize the PFAC agenda each week and schedule DTAs and department directors to present agenda items.
- Validate BRASS entries submitted by international areas for committee items.
- ssist in preparing the MFD and SPD managing directors for Client meetings. This may entail preparing PowerPoint presentations, contacting areas or other headquarters departments for additional information, obtaining maps, providing membership & attendance graphs, and consulting Internet resources.
- Maintain tracking logs of all requests processed including additional funds approved from the reserves.
- Educate and train area personnel worldwide regarding the exception process and function as the first contact for assisting areas with request submissions.
Qualifications
Education :
Requires a bachelor's degree in business management or related field.Work Experience :
Four years work experience preferred.Required Skills :

Familiarity with process automation tools, particularly Microsoft Power AutomateExperience with SharePoint customizationExperience in low-code / no-code environmentsPower BIWorthiness Qualifications :
Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
