Job details Spherion Gainesville, FL has a client seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Program Assistant to maintain the integrity of their company records and personnel data. The ideal candidate will ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies and legal regulations. Let's get to work!

Pay Rate : $15 / hr

Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to the Assistant Registrars or Associate Registrar with the petitions and appeals process.
  • Download, print and review petitions and appeals received via email.
  • Receive and review petitions and appeals dropped at the front desk
  • Answer phone, email and in-person inquiries regarding the petitions and appeals processes.
  • Send notifications out from the information system.
  • Create meeting agendas.
  • Scan petition and appeaF documents.
  • Maintain essential and required data to provide written monthly reports to the Associate Registrar.
  • Assist in variety of customer service functions and internal departments.
  • Perform quality checks.
  • Attend meetings as required.
  • Comply with all published College Rules, procedures, guidelines, and laws / regulations governing public employees, including but not limited to those related to document retention and destruction, FER PA, and confidentiality.
  • Provide service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible, and professional engagement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

    Skills :

  • Analytical skills to verify data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Education : High School

    Experience : 1-4 years

    Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in records management or HR administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and database management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
