The iconic Arizona Biltmore is looking for a Cook I to join the Culinary Team!

Arizona Biltmore offers a diverse culinary experience with 2 full service restaurants, 2 bars, 2 pools, in-room dining, a café, a large banquet department, and a pastry shop all under the leadership of our fantastic Executive Chef, Andrew Newberg. With a background in Michelin-Starred restaurants and notable hotels, his passion for gastronomy drives the culture of the culinary team with an enthusiasm for innovation, commitment to quality, and dedication to sustainability and community involvement.

As a Cook I , you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties :

• Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products
• Stock and maintain designated food station(s)
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
• Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed

This is a full-time position, and you must have availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

We have opportunities available in our various outlets to include restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banquets.

This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration and has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 poolside bars, a gelato shop / café, and in-room dining).
