Lead and mentor design managers and leads, fostering a collaborative culture

Align design priorities with core initiatives and advocate for design as a business driver

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience leading large creative teams (20+ designers)

Strong track record of aligning creative work with business goals

Expertise in brand systems and cross-channel creative execution

Experience managing creative operations and workflows at scale

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience in motion or digital design is a plus
