Project Manager I

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Project Manager will lead and coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure successful project execution in a fast-paced retail-focused environment. This role requires a proactive hands-on leader who drives collaboration unites teams to solve problems and keeps all stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will be accountable for managing timelines budgets and milestones while actively identifying risks resolving issues and maintaining momentum to deliver high-quality results.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

3 5 years of project management experience preferably in financial or merchandising in a retail environment.

Certification in project management (PME) required

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) strongly preferred.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet Asana or similar).

Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage timelines milestones and budgets effectively.

Adaptability and resilience when navigating shifting priorities.

Collaborative proactive leader who unites teams and drives accountability across stakeholders.
