Physician (MD / DO – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
Salary : $230,000–$300,000 + RVU Incentive ($30 per RVU after 4,000 wRVUs)
Compensation aligned with MGMA benchmarks
Requirements to apply
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Washington
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Minimum one-year internship
- Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Commitment to providing high-quality care to diverse and underserved populations

Job Overview
We’re seeking a compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD / DO) to deliver comprehensive primary, acute, and chronic care in an outpatient community health setting. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent care to patients of all ages or adult populations, depending on specialty. This role includes clinical care, patient education, hospital-based responsibilities when needed, and participation in quality assurance, peer review, and continuing medical education. Providers will also collaborate closely with clinical leadership and support team-based care.
